Custom Made Spa & Hot Tub Covers

In this category, you will find all our custom-made spa & hot tub covers. Our made-to-measure covers are manufactured in the USA and to the highest quality using marine grade vinyl and stitching as standard. Because we get these spa covers manufactured in America, they can take anywhere between 8-10 weeks to be made and delivered to your door.

Whatever shape your spa is we can manufacture a cover to its exact specifications. You choose the colour, size (to a maximum of 96" x 96"), thickness, handle positions & more.
Simply choose your grade and pay online then download the Custom Cover Order Form to fill in and email it to us. We will then process your cover order and contact you when it is here and ready to be shipped, arranging with you a convenient delivery date.

There are three options to choose from:
Grade 1: Storm - 4" x 2" Taper £447.42 inc VAT.
Grade 2: Blizzard - 5" x 3" Taper £472.34 inc VAT.
Grade 3: Avalanche - 6" x 4" Taper £534.28 inc VAT.

All of our hot tub covers come with a two-year warranty.
