Davey Spa Power 3.0kW SP800 Heater

Official high-quality replacement 3.0kW Davey Spa Power SP800 Heater 15146-30SP used specifically on hot tubs and spas. Manufactured in New Zealand, Davey's unique black plastic spa heater with built-in temperature/thermal overload sensor and optical water sensor. This 3.0kw heater is used only with the distinctive yellow SP800 Spa Power spa control systems by Davey/SpaQuip.

Davey/SpaQuip Heater Overview

This heater is used specifically with Spa Power SP601/SP800 spa control boxes only.
Patented Davey in-built temperature sensor, hi-limit overload sensor and optical water sensor used to monitor water flow through the heater and prevent premature heater failure.
Found on many spa brands such as Roto Spas, Monarch Spas and Sapphire Spas.
This heater is also available in a 2kW version.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide

This SP800 3kW heater is very easy to replace. Either drain the spa down or if the water in the heater can be isolated by gate valves either side of the heater then do this. Unthread the female heater plumbing union collars from each side of the heater and then remove the Spa Power control box lid. Unplug the water sensor wire and the heater power terminal connections. The heater is secured within the control box by only a couple of round-headed screws above and below the heater, remove these and the heater can be easily removed. Install the new heater in the same way you removed the old one.

SPA COVERS: Unfortunately due to the size of spa covers and the costs to send them they are not included within the free shipping method over £100. Shipping covers are charged at £24.00 with a 1-2 day service when ready, stock covers take around 10-14 days from order to be shipped, custom covers 8-10 weeks from date of order.
