Sundance Spas 2.7kW Low Flo Smart Heater
Genuine replacement Low Flow 2.7kW heater 6500-315 used on many Sundance spas & hot tubs manufactured after 2001. Very distinctive grey plastic-type of low flow spa heater only found on Sundance Spas, usually connected vertically to the side of Sundance/Jacuzzi spa control boxes and used in conjunction with a small dedicated Laing circulation pump.
Sundance Spa Heater Overview
- This 6500-315 Smart heater is used specifically with Sundance/Jacuzzi spa control boxes.
- 3/4" Vinyl pipe Inlet and outlet connections.
- A Laing E10 with 3/4 inch smooth barbed connections is used with this heater.
- Built-in Hi-Limit sensor to monitor water temperature inside the heater and prevent overheating and premature heater failure.
- Found on many spa models from Sundance Spas manufactured after 2001 such as Maxxus.
- Can replace the older version of this heater C3403-1 but sensors may be different.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide
Replacing a Sundance Low flow smart heater is relatively easy and can be done with spa water in or out, ideally, we recommend taking the water out of your spa. Drain the spa down, disconnect the heater power cables from the spa control box PCB. Slide back the spring clamps that secure the 3/4 inch vinyl pipe onto the inlet and outlet of the old heater. Heat the vinyl pipe at the heater connections and slide the pipes off. Remove the old heater completely from the spas cabinet, reinstall the new one the same as you removed. A key point to aid a good tight water seal of the 3/4 inch plumbing connections is to make sure they are heated up when you pop them back on the new heater, whilst hot install the spring clamps and secure in place.

SPA COVERS: Unfortunately due to the size of spa covers and the costs to send them they are not included within the free shipping method over £100. Shipping covers are charged at £24.00 with a 1-2 day service when ready, stock covers take around 10-14 days from order to be shipped, custom covers 8-10 weeks from date of order.
